REFUND POLICY

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

If you have placed an order on the LH36 website and wish to return one or more purchased products, you can make a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you return the item(s) in accordance with the instructions provided here, you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price for the returned product, including the shipping fees associated with the least expensive shipping method offered by LH36 and incurred to receive the product.

The products must be shipped as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the day you communicated your intention to return the products. Please ship the products to the following address: Via dal Maso Bruno 43, 36072 Chiampo Vicenza, Italy.

Note: The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. The products must be returned intact, unused, and undamaged. Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery, or products that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery, cannot be returned.

CAN I REPLACE A PRODUCT PURCHASED ON THE LH36 WEBSITE?

If you have placed an order on LH36 and believe that you have received the wrong product or have not received a product you ordered, please write an email to sito@lh36.it. We will contact you shortly to find the best solution together. If you have changed your mind and simply wish to exchange a product, you will need to return it and place a new order. You can find the return instructions above under the question "HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?"

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

If you have returned a product and are waiting for a refund, please note that in most cases, the refund is processed within 30 business days from the time the returned product reaches our logistics center. Please keep in mind that it may take approximately two weeks between the date you send us the item and the date we receive it at our returns center. Depending on the payment system used, it may take a few additional days before you can see the refund credited to your account.

I HAVE RECEIVED A MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCT IN MY ORDER, HOW CAN I RESOLVE THIS?
